The properties of caffeine and adaptogens are very synergistic.
+ Caffeine gives us an immediate boost, whereas adaptogens build long term, sustainable energy.
+ Caffeine can make us anxious or jittery, whereas adaptogens like ashwagandha have an anti-anxiety effect.
+ Caffeine creates a cortisol release (that ‘I can take on the world’ feeling) but also taxes our adrenal system over time, whereas adaptogens nourish our adrenals to bring us back into balance.
+ Caffeine stimulates our central nervous system, whereas adaptogens are nervines— meaning they soothe and support our central nervous system.
What does this all mean? A calmer, more grounded energy that doesn't deplete our bodies in the same way regular caffeine does.
We add a touch of sweetness with monk fruit, but it's subtle.

Our lattes are free from refined sugar, soy, dairy, natural flavors, artificial colors or artificial flavors.
None of our ingredients contain naturally occurring gluten, however our Canadian grown oats are not yet certified Gluten Free. We'll be transitioning to GF, Organic oats over the next month or two, and will announce when we're fully switched over!

Having had my first London Fog tea latte in Seattle before trying this, I had a certain expectation. I was surprised that I found the sweetness & flavor overwhelming as I do have a pretty big sweet tooth (note: I followed the instructions using 3 Tbsp and 8 oz water). I found it much more to my taste by increasing the liquid to 12 oz and changing over to milk...Now I feel like I'm addicted. Very glad you created this flavor - sorry I needed to tweak to find my 'sweet spot'.
This latte has become a staple to my morning.
Love the little bit of spice and the creaminess, even when I just add water. The sweetness is just enough that I crave the pick me up.
I am typically a caffeine hound and I have been known to drink cold brew concentrate by the cupful just to stay awake. This tea keeps me focused, alert, and productive without all of the stomach churning from coffee. I love it! I have never had a London Fog before but the taste of this one is soooo good. I’m a fan!
