It's my new go-to for better sleep

Only note: not the best flavor with water. But making it into a true latte with milk or half and half? Absolutely delicious.

If I'm revved up and my brain is going a mile a minute, I don't even think twice, I make myself a cup before even trying to settle down. I've consistently fallen asleep faster and have had better quality sleep.
