Clevr is a fast-growing, women-led, D2C wellness startup based in Santa Barbara, CA. We make functional lattes using ethically sourced adaptogens, mushrooms, and superfoods. We have a strong mission focus centered in food justice & sustainability. We are looking for a savvy creative swiss army knife to join our marketing team. You'll either work remotely, or from our sunny, plant-filled office in downtown Santa Barbara with our small but passionate (and dare we say fun!) team. We can't wait to meet our next incredible teammate!
As our Senior Designer, you will be an integral part of the Marketing & Brand teams to maximize brand performance, develop creative concepts that support marketing strategies, and help manage + execute campaigns/product launches. You’ll be responsible for developing creative across various mediums such as website, social media, merch, presentations, brand campaigns, etc. You're a self-starter at heart, and you are very comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic startup environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create brand assets, such as social media graphics, print collateral, web icons, etc, under the guidance of our Creative Director and/or relevant team leads
- Participate in ideation and oversee asset creation for product launches & special campaigns, under the guidance of our Creative Director
- Assist in overall execution & coordination of any creative needs
- Sit on relevant Marketing & Design team meetings
- Evolve and organize the creative team, from file organization, to brand research, to creation of final Branding Guides, briefs, and mood boards, etc.
PROFICIENCIES
- You’re at the forefront of digital marketing trends
- You have a knowledge of & passion for the wellness + DTC space
- You’re a confident and creative copywriter
- You have startup experience
- You're a creative self-starter we can take a simple idea and turn it into something beautiful and artistic!
COMMITMENT
- Contract to start, approx 5-15 hours per week (varies by week), with retainer or part-time role in the future
- Ideally ongoing for 2-6months or more
- Flexible hours
- Remote
