We're so excited for you to receive your order! Most orders are processed next business day, but during busy times like holidays, we kindly ask for a little extra patience as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING COSTS
Enjoy free shipping on orders over the advertised free shipping threshold anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping orders typically arrive within 5-9 days from the time of your order.
As a member of our Clevr Subscription Program, you’ll get free shipping on orders over $47 shipped within the U.S. Plus, subscription members enjoy exclusive perks like 15% off MSRP on all products, early access to new product launches, limited drops + gifts and so much more!
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with your shipping and tracking information. This email will include your order’s estimated shipping time, and you can use the tracking number provided to check live updates directly on the carrier’s website.
Please note that carriers may take up to 3 days to update tracking information. If your order shows as “pending” or hasn’t been updated after 3-days, feel free to reach out to our team—we’re here to help!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship orders to Canada!
*Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, orders shipping to Canada may experience delays. We are working to explore alternative carriers, but some disruptions are expected.
Due to various challenges with international fulfillment, we cannot offer refunds for these orders. Additionally, Clevr is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, damaged, or stolen packages shipped outside the USA.
Please be aware that any customs fees incurred after your purchase on our website (https://clevrblends.com) are the recipient's responsibility. This includes situations where packages are refused or abandoned at customs.
We are working to expand our international shipping regions and secure more affordable shipping options for existing regions. Please sign up to our newsletter to be notified of any updates.
CANCELING OR MODIFYING AN ORDER
All orders begin the fulfillment process the moment your order is placed. We're unable to edit or cancel your order so please make sure to double ~or even triple check~ the order before checkout.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS
Clevr is not responsible for stolen packages or delays caused by the courier.
A package is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 10 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. Please note we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
Please note that we are unable to make changes to orders that have already been placed.
