INGREDIENTS

2-3 tbsp Mocha SuperLatte

6 oz water

Splash of coconut cream

2 oz almond milk

Strawberry Simple Syrup:

1 cup strawberries

½ tbsp agave syrup

½ tbsp coconut sugar

½ tsp vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

First, make the strawberry simple syrup:

Cut strawberries into small pieces. Place strawberries, agave syrup, coconut sugar and vanilla into a pan over low heat.

Keep at a simmer until the mixture thickens a bit and gets glossy.

Smash the strawberries as they cook.

Set syrup aside to cool.

Whisk together coconut cream and almond milk. Whisk just enough for it to become a creamy texture.

Make your Mocha by taking most of your hot water and adding the Mocha SuperLatte. Froth until microfoam forms. Then gently pour in the rest of the hot water.

Drizzle your simple syrup across a glass.

Pour in your Mocha SuperLatte.

Top with cream and more strawberry syrup.
