Creamy, energizing, and packed with feel-good ingredients, this Vanilla Matcha Chia Pudding is the perfect nourishing treat to power your day.
INGREDIENTS
2/3rds cup vanilla yogurt of choice (we're using Icelandic Provisions Vanilla Oatmilk Skyr)
2 tbsp Clevr Honey Vanilla Matcha
1/2 cup oat milk/milk of choice
3 tbs chia seeds
1-2 tsp honey
INSTRUCTIONS
Add oatmilk and half the yogurt to a bowl
With a small sieve, sift vanilla matcha into the bowl
Drizzle honey to desired sweetness
Whisk until well combined
Add chia seeds, and whisk again, then refrigerate for a few hours, or overnight
Spoon your chia seed pudding into a cup or bowl, then add your leftover yogurt as a top layer, sift extra matcha power on top, dig in and enjoy!
