Ashwagandha: our dosage has been clinically tested to reduce cortisol levels, reduce stress levels & improve sleep quality.
In a clinical study with participants that have stress & anxiety, taking Ashwagandha at 250 mg/day (less than 1 SuperLatte) and 600 mg/day (equivalent to 2 SuperLattes) was shown to have a significant reduction in perceived stress scores and serum cortisol levels (a biomarker that’s used to assess physiological stress).
