None of our ingredients contain naturally occurring gluten, and we have fully transitioned our oat milk powder to one that is Certified Gluten Free (yay!) However, even though the ingredients we use contain no gluten, our SuperLattes as a whole are not yet certified gluten-free. This certification process takes time, but it is one that we are currently working on, so hang tight!

Just add 3tbs of mix to 6-8oz hot water
Froth shake (vigorously!) or blend

Some of our blends have caffeine and some are caffeine-free - please see the product details for specifics. Our caffeinated blends range from 8 mg-40 mg of caffeine. For reference, a standard cup of coffee contains around 95 mg caffeine.

Honey Pistachio Matcha SuperLatte!!!
I have never been a big matcha fan but I was looking for a morning coffee alternative. I love the Honey Pistachio Matcha SuperLatte. I mix it with unsweetened vanilla oat milk or a vanilla protein drink. It is creamy and satisfying unlike some other popular brands.
