The properties of caffeine and adaptogens are very synergistic.
+ Caffeine gives us an immediate boost, whereas adaptogens build long term, sustainable energy.
+ Caffeine can make us anxious or jittery, whereas adaptogens like ashwagandha have an anti-anxiety effect.
+ Caffeine creates a cortisol release (that ‘I can take on the world’ feeling) but also taxes our adrenal system over time, whereas adaptogens nourish our adrenals to bring us back into balance.
+ Caffeine stimulates our central nervous system, whereas adaptogens are nervines— meaning they soothe and support our central nervous system.
What does this all mean? A calmer, more grounded energy that doesn't deplete our bodies in the same way regular caffeine does.
We add a touch of sweetness with monk fruit, but it's subtle.
Also, our monk fruit has absolutely no aftertaste—it tastes identical to regular sugar, just without the blood sugar spike.

Adaptogens are herbs and mushrooms that help our bodies handle stress—physical, emotional, or environmental. They've been used for thousands of years in Ayurvedic and Chinese cultures as traditional remedies to help increase energy, boost immunity, lift mood, and improve sleep.
Our lattes are free from refined sugar, soy, dairy, natural flavors, artificial colors or artificial flavors.
None of our ingredients contain naturally occurring gluten, however our Canadian grown oats are not yet certified Gluten Free. We'll be transitioning to GF, Organic oats over the next month or two, and will announce when we're fully switched over!

Great alternative to coffee.
In all fairness, I’m not a fan of the taste of matcha. I bought this for my daughter and tasted her latte and I’ve been hooked ever since.
This latte has a decadently rich flavor!
I was pleasantly surprised at how creamy this coffee is without additional creamer. I really like it and find myself craving it over coffee.
This is the best Chai Mocha mix I ever tasted. It is so dawn yummy. A very good purchase.
