SHIPPING

Our team does our best to process your order within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. There may be delays during holidays and high-volume times. We ship all orders via USPS.

All orders that qualify for free shipping will ship via USPS Priority Mail.

What does USPS 'Label created, not yet in system' mean?
Important note: if your USPS tracking shows ‘label created, not yet in system’—this doesn’t mean the packaging is not on its way. Once fulfilled, your package may go several days without a scan from USPS, which is normal. Since our carriers are moving at a very fast pace (particularly during high volume times), your order is likely moving towards you as fast as they are able. This means sometimes scans are skipped in an effort to speed things up, so don't panic if you see this status!

 
SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free shipping for orders over $47 within the US including Alaska and Hawaii, offer does not apply to US territories. Orders under $47 will be based on USPS rates.

SHIPPING METHODS
Domestic packages ship via USPS. International packages ship via FedEx.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently ship to Canada! Free shipping for orders over $47 USD.

We are working to expand our international shipping regions and secure more affordable shipping options for existing regions. Please sign up to our newsletter to be notified of any updates.

CANCELLING OR MODIFYING AN ORDER

If your order has already shipped, we are not able to offer any modifications or cancellations.

OUR FIRST ORDER REFUND POLICY 

We love our products and hope you do too! If you're not 100% happy, please email wegotyou@clevrblends.com or fill out the form below within 30 days of receipt of your order so we can help.

Please note subscription shipments after your first order are not eligible for return, refund or cancellation after they have been charged.

Bulk orders, non-latte items (frothers, mugs, etc) or orders over $75 are ineligible for return, but subject to additional review by the Clevr team.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund original shipping charges. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer in the event products are returned to us.

We will not provide a refund for a request that is received more than 30 days after original order receipt. 

We reserve the right to refuse any refund/return if abuse is suspected. Any refund requests outside the scope of this policy will be handled at our team’s discretion.
