Some of our blends have caffeine and some are caffeine-free - please see the product details for specifics. Our caffeinated blends range from 8 mg-40 mg of caffeine. For reference, a standard cup of coffee contains around 95 mg caffeine.

All of our ingredients and dairy-free and gluten-free. The only non-vegan product in some of blends is honey (it'll say it in the name), but otherwise they're all vegan. Our oat milk is made from gluten free, Organic and glyphosate-free oats. However, even though the ingredients we use contain no gluten, our SuperLattes as a whole are not yet certified gluten-free. This certification process takes time, but it is one that we are currently working on, so hang tight!
