I really like it! It is super creamy; it is my treat before I go to bed! And it helps me sleep without a ha & pains.
I love the earthy flavor of this latte. It certainly helps me sleep more restful and is comforting to sip before bedtime. I really appreciate that it’s made with oat milk and carob. My husband can’t have chocolate so it’s a bonus that he can enjoy a hot “chocolate “ drink that helps him sleep better, too.
Not good on my stomach and not very tasty!
