Winter Prompts

Winter Prompts

Use these as inspiration for journaling, or just something to mull over this season.
December 02, 2021 by Henny Rau
Days are becoming shorter, colder, and darker, and the winter solstice (the shortest day of the year!) is approaching us quickly. As we dive deeper into winter–the season of hibernation, rest, and reflection–we invite you to join us in turning inwards. We’ve created some journal or thought prompts to support you this season. Cuddle up with a blanket + a SuperLatte and dive in...

  • How can I embrace slowing down to adjust to entering a new pace this season, creating my own inner hibernation?
  • What is my relationship with the media/content that I am currently consuming? How does it make me feel?
  • How can I support my community this holiday season?
  • Remember that the darker the days become, the closer we are to lighter days returning. What habits or patterns do you want to release and let go during the darkest days of the year, to create space to form new habits as the light returns?

Happy holidays, and stay warm!
