Cinnamon Maple Chai

INGREDIENTS
4 tbsp Chai SuperLatte
3 cinnamon sticks, roasted & ground
1/4 cup coconut cream
12-16 oz water
3-4 tbsp maple syrup
Latte Dust (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Roast cinnamon in oven at 350° for 8 minutes.
In a pot over low to medium heat, add coconut cream, ground cinnamon & maple syrup.
Let it simmer (not boil!) for 10 minutes to develop flavor.
Add in Chai SuperLatte and whisk or froth.
Strain into a pitcher.
Froth or blend before serving.
Add a sprinkle of cinnamon and Latte Dust on top.
