A dreamy, luxurious addition to your iced or hot London Fog. Necessary in ALL the seasons!
Chill a can of coconut cream overnight.
Scoop off the thick cream on top (discard the liquid) and add to a chilled metal bowl.
Add 1 tsp vanilla and 2 tbsp maple syrup.
Whip with a hand mixer or by hand, adjusting maple and vanilla to taste.
Add whip to a hot or iced London Fog, and sip on cloud nine!
