Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, coming right up!
3 tbsp Coffee SuperLatte
1/2 apple (sliced)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup maple syrup or coconut sugar
4oz oat milk (chilled)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of salt
In a pot on the stove, add your sliced apples, maple syrup, cinnamon, and water. Bring to a boil and then let simmer until the mixture thickens and apples soften (about 10 minutes).
Strain and let cool.
Make a Coffee SuperLatte with 3 oz of warm (not hot!) water and set aside.
Add cold oat milk and 1 tbsp of your apple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, shake, shake!
Pour your Coffee SuperLatte into a glass with ice, then follow with the shaken oat milk.
