This was a favorite back when Clevr was an elixir bar! It's super refreshing, and the spices add a comforting touch.
Fun fact: we still get our matcha from the same Japanese farmers as we did back when we ran the bar!
Peel your ginger, place in blender, & blend on high with 1oz of water. Strain through a fine mesh sieve. Put all ingredients, including ginger concentrate, into your blender with 6oz warm water — blend on high for 10 seconds. Pour over ice.
Sip back and relax.
