Iced Ginger Cardamom Matcha

This was a favorite back when Clevr was just starting as an elixir bar! It's super refreshing, and the spices add a comforting touch.
Fun fact: we still source our matcha from the same Japanese farmers as we did back when we ran the bar!
INGREDIENTS
1 scoop (3 tbsp) Matcha SuperLatte1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
1 inch of fresh ginger
1 cup filled with ice
INSTRUCTIONS
Peel your ginger, place in blender & blend on high with 1oz of water.
Strain through a fine mesh sieve.
Put matcha, cardamom and ginger concentrate into your blender with 6oz warm water, and blend on high for 10 seconds.
Pour over ice.
Sip back and relax!
