A healthy + functional spin on your holiday favorite. Creamy, delicious & giving all the seasonal feels.
Pumpkin Spice Sauce
3/4 tsp pumpkin spice blend
1/8 cup coconut sugar (or any sweetener you prefer)
1/2 cup water
1/8 cup pumpkin purée
Splash of vanilla
Pinch of salt
Pumpkin Cold Foam
1/2 cup coconut cream (chilled in fridge for 2-3 hours)
1/3 cup oat milk (or any plant milk)
Pumpkin spice sauce
3 tbsp Chai SuperLatte
4 oz water warm
2-3 oz Pumpkin Cold Foam
Place pumpkin spice in saucepan over low heat and toss spices until fragrant.
Add water and coconut sugar and bring to a simmer. Stir occasionally until sugar is dissolved.
Turn to low and add pumpkin purée, vanilla and salt.
Whisk to combine thoroughly. Let cool.
Combine chilled coconut cream and oat milk.
Whisk until aerated a bit.
Add Pumpkin Spice Sauce to taste, and froth to combine. You’ll use most of sauce but not necessarily all.
Place your cold foam in fridge to use on top of your SuperLatte.
Add Chai SuperLatte to warm water and froth until foamy.
Add cold water and give it a stir. Now add lots of ice.
Top with your Pumpkin Cold Foam and a little pumpkin spice, and ENJOY!
