Strawberry season is here, and hopefully the spring rains have brought your garden herbs back to life. Enjoy this refreshing minty matcha to bring all the bright energy of spring.
3 tbsp Matcha SuperLatte
1 cup strawberries
1 lime (all of juice and a 1/3-1/2 its zest
Small bunch of mint
1/2 cup oat milk
6 oz warm water
Add a few sprigs of mint, lime zest, lime juice, and strawberries to a cocktail shaker and muddle.
Once strawberries and mint are crushed together, add water and shake.
Line an ice tray with mint and pour strawberry mixture over top (leaving muddled mint behind.) Freeze overnight.
Once they’re frozen, make a Matcha SuperLatte by combining 3 tbsp of the SuperLatte blend with the warm (not hot!) water. Froth up!
Pour layers of oat milk and Matcha SuperLatte over the strawberry mint ice cubes.
