This one was highly requested and we have to admit, something about it makes our hearts light up this time of year!
3 tbsp Mocha SuperLatte
1 tsp coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp cocoa powder
Honey to taste
1 drop peppermint extract
4 oz warm water
4 oz hot water
A couple ounces of your favorite whipped cream (we used aquafaba whipped cream)
Peppermint candy and chocolate chips (garnish)
Grab a big mug. Add the melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, and honey.
Whisk or froth until combined.
Add 4 oz warm water and 3 tbsp Mocha SuperLatte plus 1 drop of peppermint extract. Froth to combine.
Add 3-4 oz hot water.
Top with a pile of whipped cream and garnish with crushed peppermint candy and chocolate chips and ENJOY!
