Enjoy the cozy + comforting taste of a PSL, but trade the sugar / caffeine crash for a creamy, mood-enhancing and gut-approved version.
2 oz oat milk
1 tbsp coconut cream
1-2 tbsp pumpkin pureé
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 oz warm water
Combine oat milk, coconut cream & pumpkin pureé.
Add pumpkin spice & vanilla.
Froth or blend until silky smooth.
In a separate glass, add a scoop of Chai or Matcha SuperLatte.
Add water and froth.
Pour over ice.
Top with pumpkin spice cold foam.
