Sweet Dreams SuperLatte

A luscious evening latte packed with better sleep, increased metabolism and improved digestion.

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp Sleeptime SuperLatte

6 oz warm water

1/4 cup aquafaba (water from unsalted canned chickpeas)

2 tsp cream of tartar

1 tsp vanilla

1 tbsp maple syrup

Optional: butterfly pea flower ice cubes and Latte Dust to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

For cloud cream:
Whisk aquafaba until it becomes foamy.

Add cream of tartar until stiff peaks form, about 4-5 minutes.

Add maple syrup and vanilla, whisking again to combine.

In a separate cup:
Make your Sleeptime SuperLatte by frothing together the SuperLatte and water.

Once microfoam forms, pour the Sleeptime SuperLatte over ice and layer with the cloud cream, ending with a pillowing pile of it on top.

Garnish with Latte Dust and sip your way into sweet dreams ;)
