A simple and delicious 3-ingredient vegan ice cream.
*This recipe requires freezing overnight, so that you can enjoy the next day!*
1 cup vegan heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp your favorite sweetener (we used agave!)
3-4 tbsp Matcha SuperLatte
Add vegan heavy whipping cream, sweetener of choice & Matcha powder to a mixing bowl and whisk all ingredients together.
Pour mixture into an ice tray and freeze overnight.
Blend ice cream cubes in a blender.
Pour mixture into a freezer compatible dish and freeze for 4-6 hours.
Scoop into your favorite bowl and enjoy!
