Adaptogens are plants and herbs that have been found to help the body manage stress and maintain balance. Adaptogens can actually work with caffeine synergistically to help provide more stable energy levels and reduce the crash that usually comes with caffeine.

The biggest difference is that Chai contains caffeine and Chill Chai is caffeine-free. Chill Chai has specific benefits for stress support and relaxation and is meant to be enjoyed in the afternoon or evening to help you wind down, whereas our regular chai is good as a morning pick-me-up. 

There are also some flavor differences between the two; Chill Chai is made with rooibos tea and is slightly less spicy than our regular Chai. 

Absolutely—all our products are 100% plant-based and gluten-free. None of our ingredients contain naturally occurring gluten, and we have fully transitioned our oat milk powder to one that is Certified Gluten Free (yay!) However, even though the ingredients we use contain no gluten, our SuperLattes as a whole are not yet certified gluten-free. This certification process takes time, but it is one that we are currently working on, so hang tight!

Some of our blends have caffeine and some are caffeine-free - please see the product details for specifics. Our caffeinated blends range from 8 mg-40 mg of caffeine. For reference, a standard cup of coffee contains around 95 mg caffeine.
